The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tavau shoots in for a takedown but Cuchulain shows good takedown defense.

It looks like Siva Tavau has been cut.
Cuchulain throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Cuchulain throws a sloppy head kick

and Tavau counters with a single leg into guard. Cuchulain didn't expect that.
Tavau works over Cuchulain with some ground and pound from guard.
Cuchulain is looking to stand up but Tavau isn't so interested in that idea.
Tavau is in close to Cuchulain's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cuchulain seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Tavau postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Cuchulain covers up, he's hurt! Tavau keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Tavau and the ref steps in to end the fight! Tavau can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Siva Tavau opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
