It looked like Hoover was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Hoover shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Tourmanovich's guard.
Tourmanovich is wriggling around but Hoover manages to pass to half guard.

I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
