The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bond has Soriano up against the cage in a clinch.
Bond is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Soriano to keep the fight standing.
Soriano has clasped his hands together around Bond's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Bond is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Bond tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Soriano wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Soriano lands an elbow.
Bond is rocked!
A big shot lands for Soriano! That's hurt Bond! Will he recover? Soriano fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
