Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Second Fist (ranked 2135 p4p, 330 weight class) and Aznar Thrul (ranked 1224 p4p, 191 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fist avoids the head kick by Thrul.
Thrul pushes Fist away with a front kick.

Thrul fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Fist to the ground. Thrul is now in Fist's guard.
Thrul stands up over Fist, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Fist has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Thrul can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Thrul is nestled in close to Fist, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Fist has his foot on Thrul's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Thrul works his way back into a safe position though.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Thrul accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Thrul postures up in Fist's guard and throws a big left but Fist blocks it.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Thrul clobbers Fist with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Fist ducks straight into an uppercut from Thrul and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Fist manages to regain guard straight away.
Oh Fist is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Thrul gets to his feet and stands over Fist, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Fist felt that one! Thrul unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Fist from any more punishment!

After the fight, Aznar Thrul was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Second Fist spoke after the fight, saying 'Ur woman didnt pay me the stud service fee she owes me...But u can have her panties back anyway....HERE!'.
