Totti drops Efala with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Efala looks back up at him and smiles so Totti waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Totti connects with a body shot that sends Efala's belly button to the back.

Edgar Efala's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Totti lands a big uppercut and Efala crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Efala looks OK. Totti waves Efala back to his feet!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Edgar Efala's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
