Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ezekiel Brewer (ranked 25333 p4p, 0 weight class) and AK Taylor (ranked 6423 p4p, 0 weight class). AK Taylor has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ezekiel Brewer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, AK Taylor!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Chris Dean and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brewer blocks a head kick by Taylor.

Brewer darts in and clinches Taylor up against the cage.
Taylor jumps guard but Brewer turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Brewer wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Brewer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Taylor throws a head kick but Brewer moves out of range.
Taylor plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!


It looks like Ezekiel Brewer has been cut.
Brewer tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Taylor manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Taylor darts in and clinches Brewer up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Brewer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

As Taylor looks to move away, Brewer throws a big counter combo but Taylor just gets out of the way.

Brewer closes the distance and clinches.

That was a close round but I would say that Ezekiel Brewer will probably get the nod.

AK Taylor comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Taylor has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
