Kenardly comes to the cage accompanied by Strokin. Lars Kenardly is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lars Kenardly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alan Ford!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ford connects with a solid leg kick.
Ford closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Ford misses with a looping right.
Kenardly tries to clinch up but Ford circles away and keeps his distance.
Ford uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kenardly.
Ford avoids the head kick by Kenardly.
Ford swings for the body but Kenardly moves out of range.
Kenardly catches Ford with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Kenardly throws out a loose jab but Ford uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kenardly throws a hook but Ford blocks it.

Kenardly drives through and clinches with Ford against the cage.
Kenardly has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Ford blocks an uppercut.
Kenardly is trying to break the clinch but Ford is controlling him.
A frustrated look appears on Kenardly's face as he tries to break the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kenardly.
Ford pushes off an throws an elbow but Kenardly leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Kenardly.
Ford keeps control of Kenardly as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Kenardly lands with a short shot to the head.
Ford misses with a punch to the body.

Kenardly manages to break the clinch.
Kenardly throws a low kick, looking for Ford's leg but Ford calmly moves out of range.
Ford wants to clinch up but Kenardly keeps it at a distance.
Ford swinging wildly here.
Kenardly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ford paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kenardly slips a jab from Ford.
Kenardly misses with an uppercut. Ford saw that one coming.
Ford takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.


It looks like Alan Ford has been cut.
Kenardly looks to throw the jab but Ford is out of range.
Kenardly fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A little jabbing left from Ford on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Ford thumps Kenardly with a low kick.
Kenardly throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ford paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ford moves away from the strike by Kenardly.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ford misses with a head kick.
Ford throws a right hand that Kenardly ducks under and follows up with a left that Kenardly also avoids with ease.
Ford takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Kenardly with a nice cross.
Ford looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Kenardly loads up on a big right hand but Ford slips the punch.
Ford fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kenardly works the jab nicely.

Ford throws a leg kick but Kenardly checks it.
Ford goes for a high kick. It partially lands.


It looks like Lars Kenardly has been cut.
A slow jab from Kenardly misses its intended target.
Ford appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Kenardly doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Kenardly chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Ford looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Kenardly throws a head kick but Ford moves out of range.
Ford on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Ford keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kenardly.
Kenardly steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ford.
Kenardly bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kenardly swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Kenardly tries to keep at a distance but Ford has taken the fight into the clinch.

Kenardly escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kenardly misses with a low kick.
Kenardly misses with a kick to the body
and Kenardly takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Decent striking displayed by Ford there.
Ford wants to clinch.
Ford lands a head kick. Kenardly smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Ford lands with a nice combination. Kenardly backs away looking to recover.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ford throws a leg kick but Kenardly sees it coming and moves out of range.
Kenardly throws a jab but it's blocked by Ford.
Kenardly misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kenardly misses with a looping left.
A swing and a miss from Kenardly.
Kenardly misses with a hook. Ford ducked under it nicely.
Ford changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Ford throws a low kick but Kenardly avoids it.
Kenardly swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Kenardly misses with a low kick.
Ford bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Kenardly tries to clinch up but Ford circles away and keeps his distance.
The crowd cheers as Kenardly lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ford doesn't seem phased though.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ford misses with a head kick.
Ford staying out of range there.
Ford lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Kenardly throws a lazy head kick
and Ford counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Alan Ford will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Ford connects with a looping right hand.


Kenardly is still looking wobbly from the end of the last round!
Ford lands with a right and another and another! Kenardly is in big trouble! Ford lands again and this time it's lights out for Kenardly! A quality knockout there for Ford.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Alan Ford!
Alan Ford tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
