Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Black Rain (ranked 18024 p4p, 0 weight class) and Suren Nazarethyan (ranked 10433 p4p, 0 weight class). Rain comes to the cage accompanied by For Heavy Metal we will die!. Nazarethyan has chosen Amerika as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 44 - 28 - 1, fighting out of London, Suren Nazarethyan!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nazarethyan tries to keep at a distance but Rain has taken the fight into the clinch.
Nazarethyan misses with a hook to the ribs.

Rain turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Nazarethyan wants to get back to his feet.

Rain is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Nazarethyan is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Nazarethyan tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Rain will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nazarethyan is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Rain is controlling him well.

Rain has an Americana. Nazarethyan didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Rain is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Rain hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Black Rain!
In his post fight interview, Black Rain started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
Suren Nazarethyan spoke after the fight, saying 'I Will Come Back Stronger Than Before'.
