Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Goran Jagodnik (ranked 23338 p4p, 873 weight class) and Kim Czang (ranked 24434 p4p, 848 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Goran Jagodnik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kim Czang!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Luis Engracia and Leandro Rodrigues.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jagodnik falls off balance throwing a combination

and Czang counters with a shoot takedown. Jagodnik fights it but they end up in guard.
Czang not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Jagodnik will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Czang prevents Jagodnik from getting back to his feet.
Jagodnik wants to control the position but Czang says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Czang is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Jagodnik tries to control the position but Czang now has his back.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Jagodnik trying to control the action but Czang just sinks the hooks in.
Czang is punishing Jagodnik with some ground and pound.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Czang controlling the positon.
Jagodnik really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Let's hope that Czang has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

It looks like Czang might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Czang is not going to allow Jagodnik to sit and survive in this position.
Jagodnik rolls, trying to escape but Czang keeps control of the position.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Jagodnik is in bad spot here.
What can Jagodnik do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
I really don't envy Jagodnik right now.
Jagodnik looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kim Czang dominated that round.

Jagodnik wants to clinch

so Czang counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Jagodnik being controlled here, momentarily.
Jagodnik has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Czang has passed into side control.
Jagodnik tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Czang wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jagodnik wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Jagodnik tries to escape but Czang has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Czang sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Jagodnik taps out!
