Felix Rodrigo struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 146.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Homeless Zombie has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Rodrigo .
Zombie misses with a looping left.
Zombie misses with a looping right.
Nice uppercut lands for Zombie. That snapped Rodrigo 's head back.
Zombie ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Zombie lands with a straight right. Rodrigo didn't see that one coming.

Rodrigo shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Rodrigo was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
We've been hearing good reports from Zombie's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
