The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Metharom lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Jims changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Metharom tries to avoid it but Jims manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Metharom to the ground. Metharom escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Metharom lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Jims closes the distance and clinches up with Metharom, looking for a takedown. Jims pushes Metharom against the cage but Metharom circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Metharom fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Jims.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Metharom, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
