The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rush avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kuodis throws a head kick that misses
and Rush counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Rush.
Kuodis wants to get back to his feet but Rush passes into half guard.
Kuodis tries to kick Rush off but Rush keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Rush is looking for submissions but instead, Kuodis has regained full guard.
Kuodis pushes Rush off and gets back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kuodis lands a two punch combo.
Rush blocks a head kick by Kuodis.
Rush tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kuodis scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Kuodis throws a head kick that half lands.
Rush is rocked!
Kuodis tries a head kick but it misses.
Oh Rush is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kuodis feints a jab and as Rush dips his head, Kuodis unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Rush right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Rush falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Kuodis smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Ainaras Kuodis!
