Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Redfield (ranked 1744 p4p, 220 weight class) and Master Wong (ranked 2202 p4p, 267 weight class). Redfield comes into the arena with False Alarm blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Redfield throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Wong throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Redfield's waist but Redfield gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wong off to one side.

Redfield lands with a good body shot.
Redfield definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Wong throws out a loose jab but Redfield uses good head movement to avoid it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wong fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Redfield looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Redfield throws a right hand that Wong ducks under and follows up with a left that Wong also avoids with ease.

Redfield swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Redfield will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Wong shapes to counter with a head kick.
Wong ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Redfield rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wong moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wong swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Wong has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Redfield with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Wong to score with a decent uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wong winds up and cracks Redfield with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Wong is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Redfield!

BOOM! Wong connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Wong is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Redfield goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Wong!

After winning the bout, Master Wong thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
