Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 wins, 1 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of New York, Armand Holtz!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.



The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holtz scores with a head kick.

Holtz shoots in for a takedown but Harper shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

No luck for Holtz with that takedown attempt.
Harper is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

It looks like Armand Holtz has been cut.

Harper throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Holtz tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Harper is in Holtz's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Holtz tries to buck Harper off but Harper is having none of it.
Harper creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Harper has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Holtz throws a half hearted mid kick.

An attempted straight right counter from Harper misses the target.
Harper rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Holtz moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Harper closes the distance and pushes Holtz back into the cage.

Holtz lands a good knee to the midsection. Harper won't want to take too many of those.
Holtz's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

As Holtz tries to get set, Harper tries to push him back and clinch up but Holtz manages to avoid the attempt.
Holtz walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Holtz looks to land a body kick but Harper moved away.
Holtz throws a series of punches but Harper moves out of range.
Harper fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Holtz.

Harper drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Holtz is wriggling around but Harper manages to pass to half guard.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Harper, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
