Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Julian Muller (ranked 25732 p4p, 882 weight class) and Leo Gross (ranked 25738 p4p, 877 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Muller changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gross looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Muller tries for a kimura but Gross is defending well.
Muller is looking to take a break and control but Gross is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Gross is looking to reverse the position.
Muller knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gross on the ground.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Muller goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Gross turns into him and now he's in Muller's guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Muller is looking for a sweep. Gross is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Gross seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Muller does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Gross feints and as Muller raises his hands in defense, Gross changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Muller is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Gross has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Gross!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Gross wants to lay and pray for a moment but Muller keeps working.

I would just about give that final round to Leo Gross.
