Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Earl Jack (ranked 3482 p4p, 124 weight class) and Pillow Hands (ranked 3681 p4p, 61 weight class). Pillow Hands will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Earl Jack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pillow Hands!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, David Schapiro and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Jack gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Hands counters with a lovely shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jack blocks a jab.
Jack attempts a counter takedown but Hands avoids it well and moves away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jack shoots in looking for a takedown. Hands tries to sprawl out of it but Jack keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hands manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Jack scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Jack wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hands, who protects the arm well.

Hands can't do much from the bottom here.
Hands is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Jack is staying active.

Jack has hold of Hands's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Hands seems comfortable defending it but Jack has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Hands is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Hands is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Jack couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Earl Jack!
Earl Jack really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Alpha-Male Nutrition Q160 logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
The defeated Pillow Hands had this to say: 'I overtrained and paid the price. Went into the fight with no energy. I'll beat this fucker next time.'.
