Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 wins, 1 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of London, Eggsy Reeder!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Marco Blurström and Roosa Järviläinen.



The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rado gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Rado could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Reeder works on Rado's body with a couple of short punches.
Rado blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Rado is pressed up against the cage. Reeder has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rado down to the mat. Rado avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Reeder lands with a straight right. Rado didn't see that one coming.
Reeder shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Rado holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Rado is stalling here.
Reeder gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Rado.
Reeder tries to throw a body punch but Rado avoids it by throwing Reeder back against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rado has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Rado tries to clinch but Reeder moves out of range.
Reeder connects with a right hand. Rado shakes it off.
A nice combination there by Reeder.
Reeder shoots in looking for a takedown but Rado manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Reeder's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Reeder can't break the clinch.
Rado has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Reeder is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Reeder has a couple of punches blocked by Rado.
Reeder tries a body shot but Rado blocks it.

Rado breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Reeder scores with a shot to the body.
Reeder dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rado takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Rado takes one to the side of the head.
Reeder stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Reeder wants it to stay on the feet.

Reeder pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Rado back to the cage. Reeder follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Rado is rocked!

It looks like Velington Rado has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Reeder misses with a wild combination.
Rado walks into a jab.
Oh Rado is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Reeder leaves Rado with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Rado sets himself, and Reeder steps forward looking for the clinch! Rado avoids it this time.
Rado seems to have got his legs back now.
Rado is breathing heavily.

Still in the clinch, Reeder scores with a nice short uppercut.
Rado drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Reeder gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Rado blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Rado tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Reeder defends well and Rado ends up having to push Reeder into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Rado pulls guard effortlessly.

Rado has his foot on Reeder's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Reeder works his way back into a safe position though.

Reeder looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rado is fending him off so far but Reeder persists. Nope, Rado circles away and we're back to standing.

Reeder rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rado moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Eggsy Reeder showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

This has been an exciting period of action!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A right-left combo lands from Reeder.
Reeder tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rado sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Reeder somewhat.

I've got Reeder winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
