The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reyes throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Holden gets tackled into the cage by Reyes. Reyes maintains the clinch.

Reyes wants the takedown. Holden is fighting it off but Reyes persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Holden's guard against the cage.
Holden has his hands on Reyes's head, controlling the position.
Reyes tries to stand but Holden is controlling from the bottom.
Reyes trying to control but Holden is working from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Holden can't keep his opponent in guard - Reyes advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Holden is controlling Reyes's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Holden is refusing to be controlled, as Reyes sits in half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Holden manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Reyes slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Reyes has an Americana. Holden didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Reyes is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Reyes hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
