Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sam Quint (ranked 644 p4p, 75 weight class) and Sam Crow (ranked 2867 p4p, 290 weight class). Crow has chosen Seether- Nobody praying for me as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crow pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Crow gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Quint misses with a low kick.
Quint clobbers Crow with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Crow slips under a jab from Quint.
Crow is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Quint with a body shot.
Quint misses with an uppercut. Crow saw that one coming.
Quint scores with a nice head shot.
Crow avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Crow is trying to counter with his kicks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Crow uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Quint.
Quint is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Crow.

As Quint backs off Crow throws a huge counter combo but Quint manages to avoid it all.

Quint connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Quint throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Crow is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Quint keeps Crow at a distance using the push kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Crow ducks under a wild hook from Quint.
Quint lands a nice leg kick that just misses Crow's sensitive parts.
Crow takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Crow seems to have recovered his senses.
The fighters circling - Quint throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Crow looks to land a combination but Quint avoids it well.
Quint digs a good hook to Crow's body.
Crow slips a straight right by Quint.
Quint lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Crow drops his hands momentarily and Quint takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

and Crow counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

A nice side step and Crow releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Crow throws out a counter right but Quint avoids it with no problem.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Quint.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Quint misses with an uppercut.
Crow replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Quint blocks it well.
Crow checks the leg kick nicely there.
Crow unleashes a big counter combination but Quint bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Quint takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Quint lands with an uppercut that bounces Crow off the cage and back into range.
Quint misses with a leg kick.
Quint lands with a right hand.
Quint swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Crow let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Crow looks up at the clock. Bad move! Quint lands a right hand from hell, dropping Crow. Quint pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
