Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ultime Fauchelevent (ranked 3455 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sangram Singh (ranked 15582 p4p, 0 weight class). Fauchelevent's entrance music is Rue des Cascades. A fine choice. Sangram Singh will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ultime Fauchelevent!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 48 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sangram Singh!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Singh takes the fight into the clinch.
Singh is pressed up against the cage. Fauchelevent has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Singh down to the mat. Singh avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
No luck for Fauchelevent with that takedown attempt.
Fauchelevent fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ultime Fauchelevent. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Fauchelevent closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Singh to the mat! Singh manages to get full guard.
Singh is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Fauchelevent dives into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fauchelevent passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Singh!
Fauchelevent unloads with some shots from mount but Singh bucks and avoids them well.
Singh is in a horrible position here. Fauchelevent smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Singh is desperately trying to improve his position but Fauchelevent has a good base and remains in mount.

Fauchelevent is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Singh can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Singh really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fauchelevent. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Singh is squirming around, avoiding Fauchelevent's attempts to control the action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Singh wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Fauchelevent has good solid back control here.

Singh won't enjoy being in this position. Fauchelevent looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Singh is tapping - it's over boys! Fauchelevent picks up the submission victory!
