Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mew Choo (ranked 428 p4p, 18 weight class) and Louis C K (ranked 798 p4p, 29 weight class). C K has chosen Louis C.K. Stand-Up Monologue - SNL as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Louis C K!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
C K misses with a looping left.
A telegraphed right hand from C K misses the target.
Louis C K seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Choo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from C K.
C K on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Choo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but C K moves away.
C K tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Choo was well out of range. Poor timing from C K.
C K misses with a body punch
and Choo counters with a series of strikes. C K will be more careful next time no doubt.
Choo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

C K throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Choo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from C K.
A little feinted left hand from Choo on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Choo connects with a single shot there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
C K looks to throw the jab but Choo is out of range.
C K fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Choo has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
C K throws a poor cross that misses
and Choo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
C K throws a low kick but Choo moves out of range easily.
Choo misses with a few strikes there.
C K swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Choo changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Choo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but C K moves away.

C K feints and then cracks Choo's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Choo down.

C K bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

C K is still in real trouble! Can Choo finish him?

Choo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Choo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
C K seems to have recovered his senses.
C K keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Choo is trying to control the action in half guard but C K is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
C K is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
C K is concentrating on defense, preventing Choo from advancing position.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Choo is trying to work for a kimura but C K is defending well.

Choo wants to lay and pray for a moment but C K keeps working.
C K has his hands clasped together around Choo's back. He's all about the action.
Choo wants to take a breather but C K is having none of it.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Choo, as that shot connected.
Choo loads up on a big right hand but C K slips the punch.

You can see the frustration on C K's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
I wouldn't like to be where C K is right now.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if C K can do anything to dispel that myth.

Choo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so C K is just riding it out for now. Choo eventually gives up the hold.

Choo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of C K's head.
C K is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Choo slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Choo looks to land a left hand but C K moved out of range nicely.
Choo circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops C K to the canvas! C K doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Choo keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
