Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gin Kobra (ranked 4719 p4p, 89 weight class) and Crack Head (ranked 4743 p4p, 90 weight class). The key to victory for Gin Kobra has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gin Kobra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Crack Head!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kobra shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kobra misses with an uppercut.
An inside leg kick from Head misses.
Kobra lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Head misses with a leg kick.
Kobra swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Head throws a counter combo.
Kobra is looking to clinch but Head is avoiding it.
Head unleashes a big counter combination but Kobra bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Head with a poor takedown
and Kobra counters with a stiff right hand.
Head tries to clinch there but Kobra circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

so Head counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Kobra will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Head working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kobra doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kobra manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Kobra is trying to control. Head wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Gin Kobra will probably get the nod.
That's time! Kobra's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Crack Head comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
