Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Iggy Manley (ranked 2666 p4p, 333 weight class) and Uncle Acid (ranked 4341 p4p, 498 weight class). Manley comes to the cage accompanied by Born in the USA. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manley gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Acid clinches up with Manley and pushes him back against the cage.
Acid lands a left hand that snaps the head of Manley backwards.
Manley tries to score a body lock takedown but Acid shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Manley tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Acid smiles and moves away.
Acid throws an overhand right that lands on Manley's shoulder, as Manley tries to avoid the shot.

Acid moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Manley goes down! Can Acid finish him!?

Manley is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Acid tries to free his leg and advance position but Manley is retaining full guard.
Oh Manley is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Manley is pulling down on Acid's head. It's preventing any offense from Acid, at least for the moment.
Manley seems to have got his legs back now.
Manley wants to sweep but no luck.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Acid can do anything to dispel that myth.

Manley looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Acid is looking for a sweep. Manley is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Manley takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Manley looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Manley connects with a nice short shot to Acid's temple.

Manley wants to lay and pray for a moment but Acid keeps working.

Manley lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Manley looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Acid with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Acid really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Manley. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Manley has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

A close round but Uncle Acid will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Manley cracks Acid with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Manley immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Acid is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Manley!
