Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Erick Clap (ranked 2345 p4p, 224 weight class) and Incheol Wonha (ranked 1773 p4p, 183 weight class). Clap comes into the arena with Burn it to the ground blaring out of the sound system. Erick Clap has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 14 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Incheol Wonha!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clap feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Wonha's calf.
Wonha thuds his shin into the meat of Clap's side.
Clap takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Clap misses with a looping left.
Clap defending well as Wonha loads up on a big left hand.
Clap scores with a push kick.
Clap lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Clap ducks under a wild hook from Wonha.
A shot to the liver by Clap. Beautiful body shot.
Wonha looks to score with a jab to the body but Clap is just out of range.
Clap avoids the body shot from Wonha.
Wonha takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Clap throws a sloppy head kick and Wonha moves out of range easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Wonha fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Clap manages to avoid it.

Wonha delivers a nice body kick.
Wonha keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Wonha was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Clap seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Wonha looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Clap paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Wonha tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Wonha looks to score with a jab to the body but Clap is just out of range.
Wonha misses with a hook.
A head kick misses from Wonha.
It looked like Clap was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Wonha.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Clap looks to land a combination but Wonha avoids it well.
Wonha throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Wonha lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Clap circles away quickly and effectively.

The fighters circle momentarily. Wonha darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Wonha ducks right into an uppercut from Clap.

It looked like Clap wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Clap takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Clap shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Clap takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Wonha tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Clap manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Wonha connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Clap smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Clap tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Wonha is able to avoid easily.

Wonha has managed to clinch.
Clap blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Incheol Wonha is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Wonha connects with a leg kick. Clap looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Clap shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Wonha eats them both and turns towards Clap to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
A looping hook to the body misses from Wonha. Clap does a little dance to reset his feet.
Clap swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Wonha ducks into a a hook from Clap and goes down! He looks in a bit of a mess; will he beat the count?! 4,5,6,7,8 - he's up and looking to carry on! The referee looks into his eyes and sees that he's OK to continue!

Clap is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Wonha.

Erick Clap showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Wonha has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
