The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chen doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Rickston moves into the clinch.

Chen is looking to break free of the clinch but Rickston has double underhooks.
Chen tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rickston smiles and moves away.

Chen closes the distance and clinches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Shine Chen has been cut.
