Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Lang (ranked 711 p4p, 82 weight class) and Bob Knocksville (ranked 1159 p4p, 141 weight class). Lang's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Planet Rock. Knocksville has chosen One by One as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Lang darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
It looks like Bob Knocksville has been cut.
Knocksville looks for a takedown but Lang sprawls well.
Lang fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Knocksville manages to avoid it.
Lang will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Lang stuffs the takedown.
Lang fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lang looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Knocksville shoots in for a takedown but Lang shows good takedown defense.

Lang is looking to wear down Knocksville with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Knocksville shoots for a double leg takedown but Lang sprawls well. He's pushed Knocksville's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Lang will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Knocksville is looking for the big counter here.

Lang displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Knocksville.

Lang drops Knocksville with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Knocksville looks back up at him and smiles so Lang waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Knocksville is rocked!
BAM! Lang delivers a spinning backfist that drops Knocksville like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
