The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gambedos looks to land a left hand but Shaw moved out of range nicely.
Shaw looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Gambedos drops Shaw with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Shaw looks back up at him and smiles so Gambedos waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Dej Shaw has been cut.

Gambedos sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Shaw's defenses. It connects perfectly with Shaw's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

After the fight, Antiqua Gambedos was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
