Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jido Shoemaker (ranked 4485 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Cole (ranked 7848 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Shoemaker might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Thunderstruck. Evan Cole looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shoemaker has taken the fight to the clinch.
Cole looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Shoemaker throws a punch but it's blocked by Cole.
Cole swings wildly with an uppercut but Shoemaker uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cole fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Shoemaker lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Cole has had enough of the clinch but Shoemaker keeps him there for the moment.
Shoemaker lands a right hand that snaps the head of Cole backwards.
Cole is trying to break the clinch but Shoemaker has him pressed against the cage.

Cole blocks an uppercut.
Shoemaker creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Cole with a big uppercut! Cole tries to clinch up but Shoemaker pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Cole to the mat! Cole covers up and Shoemaker unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
