The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LaBrie dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Blue looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Blue throws an off balance right hand
and LaBrie counters with a lovely straight right hand!
LaBrie connects with a body shot.
Blue is looking to clinch but LaBrie is avoiding it.
Blue gets off balance looking for a body kick
and LaBrie counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Blue tries to clinch but LaBrie moves away
and LaBrie counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Blue throws a lazy uppercut
and LaBrie counters with a stiff right hand.
Blue throws an off balance right hand
and LaBrie counters with a right hand to the body.
Blue is breathing heavily.
LaBrie drops Blue with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Blue looks back up at him and smiles so LaBrie waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Blue is rocked!
It looks like Bubba Blue has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Blue moves to clinch but LaBrie breaks away
and LaBrie counters with a big left hand that crumples Blue! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
