The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hazard gets a clinch.
Hazard tries a body shot but Sloan blocks it.

Hazard's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
A combination from Hazard does no damage.
Hazard misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
It looked like Sloan was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Hazard.
Sloan fails with the takedown
and Hazard counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Ernest Sloan has been cut.

Hazard gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Hazard pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hazard fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Hazard has taken the fight to the clinch.

Hazard manages to break the clinch.
Hazard defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sloan.

Hazard darts in and clinches Sloan up against the cage.
Sloan working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Hazard has had enough of the clinch but Sloan keeps him there for the moment.

Sloan changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Hazard fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Sloan keeps control of Hazard as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Hazard lands with a thumping leg kick.

Oooooh!!! Hazard has knocked Sloan down with a huge combo! Hazard steps away and waves a wobbly Sloan back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Sloan is rocked!
Hazard connects with a nice cross there... Sloan is looking wobbly and Hazard recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Sloan to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Hazard jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
