Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Baeddan MacAuliffe (ranked 2786 p4p, 284 weight class) and Dai Evans (ranked 6036 p4p, 498 weight class). MacAuliffe comes to the cage accompanied by Notorious by Duran Duran. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacAuliffe tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Evans moves out of range as MacAuliffe throws a body kick.
Evans lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Evans ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
MacAuliffe avoids a punch combination nicely.
MacAuliffe is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
A good leg kick by Evans.
MacAuliffe feints and as Evans raises his hands in defense, MacAuliffe changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Evans pushes MacAuliffe off and scrambles back to his feet.
MacAuliffe avoids a kick to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
MacAuliffe throws a nice looking combination but Evans bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Evans avoids a punch combination nicely.
Evans takes a shot to the body in his stride.
A big right from MacAuliffe misses.
MacAuliffe misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Evans tries to bum rush MacAuliffe with a series of wild strikes but MacAuliffe uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and MacAuliffe counters with a one-two to the body.
MacAuliffe drops Evans with a left and a right! Oh, Evans is hurt - MacAuliffe dives into side control looking to finish!
Evans is rocked!
It looks like Dai Evans has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A big shot lands for MacAuliffe! That's hurt Evans! Will he recover? MacAuliffe fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
