The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jeppesen moves into range and clinches up with Finnur.

The fight stays on the outside here - Jeppesen looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

William A Jeppesen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Finnur shoots in looking for a takedown but Jeppesen manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Finnur's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Jeppesen was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Jeppesen lands with an uppercut that bounces Finnur off the ropes and back into range.

That has opened up Bjorn Finnur's cut even more.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Finnur is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jeppesen is aware though and is defending well.

Finnur is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Jeppesen rolls with it to try and escape but Finnur cranks on the arm and Jeppesen is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
