Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergej Valentinovich (ranked 1796 p4p, 263 weight class) and Ben Breeze (ranked 2075 p4p, 290 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Valentinovich might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to HateBreed - Defeatist. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

21 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ben Breeze!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Breeze tries to clinch but Valentinovich moves out of range.
Breeze closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Breeze wants a takedown but no success here.
Valentinovich swings wildly with an uppercut but Breeze uses good head movement to avoid it.
Breeze tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Valentinovich smiles and moves away.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Valentinovich gets caught napping as Breeze dives in and scores a takedown. Valentinovich manages to retain guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Valentinovich wants to stand up but Breeze is controlling him.
Breeze with a flurry of punches that miss.
Valentinovich wants to stand and escape but Breeze is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Breeze has gone for a leg lock! Valentinovich slips out almost immediately though and dives into Breeze's guard.
Breeze looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Valentinovich got a little sloppy there for a moment and Breeze has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Valentinovich has managed to get both his arms back between Breeze's legs - danger averted.
Valentinovich stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Valentinovich scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Valentinovich lands a leg kick that knocks Breeze off balance momentarily.
Breeze avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Breeze fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Sergej Valentinovich has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ben Breeze.
Valentinovich scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Breeze tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Breeze takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Breeze tries to clinch but Valentinovich moves out of range.
Breeze shoots in for a takedown but Valentinovich shows good takedown defense.
Breeze jabs Valentinovich right on the nose. Valentinovich blinks but takes it well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A punch lands to the side of Breeze 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Valentinovich drops Breeze with a huge uppercut! Breeze drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Valentinovich is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sergej Valentinovich!
