Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Janis Ozolins (ranked 3887 p4p, 507 weight class) and Yuri Ustinov (ranked 2898 p4p, 414 weight class). Ustinov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by ENERGIA!. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Yuri Ustinov was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ustinov shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ozolins is trying to defend but Ustinov finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Ustinov is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ozolins doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ustinov.
Ozolins is trying to stand.
Ustinov is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Ozolins defends it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ustinov is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Ozolins looks calm but he's in trouble here. Ustinov gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Ozolins is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Ustinov lets go of the hold and Ozolins can pop his arm back in it's socket.
