Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zhengtao Wei (ranked 3475 p4p, 398 weight class) and Kylma Jaak (ranked 4101 p4p, 466 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jaak gets a clinch.
Wei misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Jaak tries to work over Wei's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Jaak is looking to control Wei's arms but Wei gets an underhook and turns him. Now Jaak has his back to the cage.
Jaak is trying to stall.

Wei breaks from the clinch.
Jaak throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Wei is looking to counter punch.
A head kick misses from Jaak.
Wei fires out a quick counter leg kick but Jaak just manages to avoid it.
Jaak gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Wei counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Kylma Jaak has been cut.
Wei throws a lazy uppercut
and Jaak counters with a right hand to the body.
Kylma Jaak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wei throws a leg kick that misses.
Jaak ducks under a wild hook from Wei.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jaak. Wei does a little dance to reset his feet.
Wei is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jaak.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wei takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Wei went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Wei throws a hook to the side of Jaak's head but Jaak sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Wei uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Jaak misses with a looping right.
Wei feinted with a counter takedown.
Jaak fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Wei.
Jaak walks forward, straight into a front kick from Wei.
Jaak throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Wei sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Jaak is looking to clinch but Wei is avoiding it.
A big right from Wei misses.
Jaak lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Wei throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jaak tries to clinch but Wei is having none of it.
Jaak takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Jaak missing with a left hand there. Wei was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Jaak just misses with a punch to the body.
Wei blocks a head kick by Jaak.
Jaak throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A big right from Jaak misses.
Jaak wants to clinch up but Wei keeps it at a distance.

Wei throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Jaak tumbling to the canvas!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jaak manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wei manages to get himself to full guard.

Jaak leaves his chin hanging out and Wei seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Jaak crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
