The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Valeri Chadov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oneil goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Oneil instigates a clinch.
Oneil's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Cynster pushes Oneil up against the cage in a clinch.
Oneil breaks from the clinch.
Cynster darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Oneil is controlling Cynster's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Oneil is trying to control but can't.
Cynster prevents Oneil from improving his position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Oneil gets a clinch.

Cynster tries to keep at a distance but Oneil has taken the fight into the clinch.

The referee is keeping an eye on Oneil - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Oneil is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Oneil's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

Oneil is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Cynster can do to turn this around?
Oneil jumps guard but Cynster stands there with Oneil around his waist. Oneil gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
