Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Jose De Sucre (ranked 396 p4p, 56 weight class) and Billy Beast (ranked 446 p4p, 63 weight class). Billy Beast told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
23 - 15 - 1, fighting out of London, Antonio Jose De Sucre!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
40 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Billy Beast!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from De Sucre misses the target.
Beast looks to score with a jab to the body but De Sucre is just out of range.
De Sucre missing with a left hand there. Beast was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Beast swings widly with a right hand
and De Sucre counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Beast moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Beast throws out a leg kick but De Sucre moves out of range and Beast only half commits.
Beast scores with a jab to the head.
It looks like Antonio Jose De Sucre has been cut.
De Sucre misses with an uppercut. Beast saw that one coming.
De Sucre walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Beast misses with a body kick.
A little feinted left hand from De Sucre on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Beast throws a low kick but De Sucre moves out of range easily.
Beast is looking to chop away at De Sucre's legs.
De Sucre swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
De Sucre misses with a wild body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Beast connects with an inside leg kick.
De Sucre throws a body kick that misses
and Beast counters with a stiff right hand.
De Sucre takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
De Sucre scoring well with a low kick there.
De Sucre misses with a body shot.
Beast lands with a good body shot.
Beast keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Beast! But no joy.
De Sucre tries to work over Beast's front leg with a kick but Beast checks it.
Beast looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
De Sucre on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Beast cracks De Sucre with a right hand to the side of the head.
Beast moves out of range of the body kick from De Sucre.
Nice defenses there by Beast.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
De Sucre uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Beast.
De Sucre looks to throw a body kick
and Beast counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
De Sucre fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Beast on the side of the head.
De Sucre looks up at the clock. Bad move! Beast lands a right hand from hell, dropping De Sucre. Beast pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Billy Beast!
Billy Beast was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
Antonio Jose De Sucre was interviewed post fight and said 'My Father is yelling from the Heavens! I will not disappoint him again!'.
