The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Braun misses its intended target.
Willis throws a body shot but no joy.
Braun swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Braun moves out of range of the body kick.
As Willis backs away, Braun returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Braun lands a jab to the nose.
Willis avoids the body shot from Braun.
Willis looks to land a body kick but Braun moved away.
Willis scores with a nice strike.
Braun tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Braun moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Willis is rocked!
Braun drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Willis's head, knocking him out cold! Braun is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bluto Braun!
Bluto Braun retains his lightweight title!
A relieved looking Bluto Braun thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Dom Willis stepped up to the mic, saying 'I'll be back better than ever!'.
