The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shushkev looking to score a takedown here. Muller is defending well but Shushkev drives through and ends up in Muller's guard.
Shushkev drops back, looking for a kneebar! Muller looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Muller looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Muller!
Shushkev regains half guard.
Shushkev is looking for a sweep. Muller is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
We've been hearing that Muller has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Shushkev gets full guard.
Muller really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Shushkev has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Muller should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Shushkev has tightened it up now! Muller should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
