Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bartholomew Razzers!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Ben Hemmingworth and Darius Henderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter fails to land with a series of punches.
Razzers throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Carter counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Carter.
Razzers is trying to control the position but Carter postures up.
Carter working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Razzers's head.

Carter throws an elbow that misses. Razzers uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Carter's guard. Nice move by Razzers!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Carter is defended easily by Razzers.
Razzers lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Razzers swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Carter will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
As Carter backs off Razzers throws a huge counter combo but Carter manages to avoid it all.

Razzers misses with a looping left.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Carter shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Razzers manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Carter postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Razzers avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Razzers has Carter pulled in close to control his posture.
Carter lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Razzers has his hands on Carter's head, controlling the position.
Carter is looking to work some ground and pound but Razzers has wrist control.

Razzers wants to stand but Carter is controlling the position.
Razzers wants to sweep here but Carter controlling him for the moment.
Carter lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



Carter closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Razzers to the mat! Razzers manages to get full guard.

Carter advances to half guard.
Razzers is looking to improve his position.
Carter throwing shots but Razzers is blocking nicely.

Carter has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Carter is trying to control the action in half guard but Razzers is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Carter winds up and cracks Razzers with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Razzers keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Carter is trying to control. Razzers wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Carter thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Carter not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Carter winds up and cracks Razzers with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Carter connects with a nice short shot to Razzers's temple.
Carter passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Razzers!

Carter has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Razzers's face.

Razzers is rocked!
A big strike lands for Carter! That's really hurt Razzers and he's turned his back - Carter keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Carter jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Carter!
John Carter was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
