The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nico misses with a looping right.
It looked like Lockwood wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Nico throws a hook to the side of Lockwood's head but Lockwood sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Lockwood slips a straight right by Nico.
Nico looks to throw the jab but Lockwood is out of range.
Nico smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Nico takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Lockwood looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lockwood uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Nico.
Nico swings for the body but Lockwood moves out of range.
Lockwood connects with a body shot.
Dean Lockwood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nico throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lockwood lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Lockwood wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Lockwood throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lockwood throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Nico moves out of range of the strikes.
A nice side step and Nico releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Nico throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lockwood sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A cross from Lockwood lands.
Lockwood ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Lockwood cracks a nice hook into Nico's ribs.

A combination from Lockwood does no damage.
Nico uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lockwood.
Nico misses with a body shot.
Lockwood throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Nico looks to land a left hand but Lockwood moved out of range nicely.
Lockwood stuns Nico with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Lockwood dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Nico looks winded!
Good standup being displayed there by Lockwood as he connects with a hook.
Nico's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lockwood connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Nico scrambles back to his feet.

Nico is rocked!
Nico is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Lockwood just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Nico has gone limp and this one is over!
