Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Uncle Acid (ranked 2909 p4p, 355 weight class) and Boris Bulletzowich (ranked 2181 p4p, 277 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Acid misses with a few strikes there.
Bulletzowich takes one on the chin but seems OK.

A nice side step and Bulletzowich releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Acid is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bulletzowich.
Bulletzowich tries to score a power double leg takedown but Acid sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bulletzowich somewhat.

Acid lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Boris Bulletzowich seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Acid misses with an uppercut. Bulletzowich saw that one coming.
Bulletzowich goes for a double leg but Acid avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Acid continues to drive forward.
Uncle Acid has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boris Bulletzowich.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bulletzowich can do anything to dispel that myth.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

In his post fight interview, Boris Bulletzowich started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
