Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Azog Defiler!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Defiler misses with a right hand
and Carpenter counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Carpenter takes the fight into the clinch.
Defiler is trying to break the clinch but Carpenter is controlling him.
Carpenter blocking some punches.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Carpenter lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Carpenter is working Defiler over against the cage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Carpenter creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Carpenter lands with a right to the head.

Defiler tries to break free but Carpenter pushes him back against the cage.

Carpenter drops Defiler onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Defiler is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!


It looks like Azog Defiler has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Carpenter pushes Defiler back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Carpenter lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Defiler backwards.
Carpenter digs a right hand into Defiler's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Defiler's gas tank.
Carpenter lands a left hand that snaps the head of Defiler backwards.
Defiler fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Carpenter lands a right hand.

Carpenter drops Defiler onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Defiler is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!


Defiler is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Carpenter lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Defiler to his knees! Carpenter keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
