Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santiago closes the distance but Tracz moves to the side

and Tracz counters with a single leg into guard. Santiago didn't expect that.
Santiago tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Tracz is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tracz's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Tracz seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Santiago for as long as he can get away with.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Tracz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Santiago moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Santiago tries to lock up and control but Tracz gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Tracz tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Janusz Tracz overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Santiago is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Santiago tries to stall but Tracz uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Janusz Tracz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Samuel Santiago .

Tracz has hold of one of Santiago 's legs. Santiago is fighting the takedown attempt but Tracz gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Samuel Santiago seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tracz closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Santiago pushes Tracz off but Tracz dives into side control.
Tracz controls the position.
Tracz works to advance to full mount. Santiago defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

If it seems like I'm not saying a lot, it's just because Tracz is stinking the place up with his stalling.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tracz, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
