Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between David Lang (ranked 219 p4p, 35 weight class) and Ramsay Darrow (ranked 1089 p4p, 176 weight class). Lang's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Granite Breaker. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Atkins and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darrow keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lang throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Darrow counters with a right hand to the body.
Lang swinging wildly here.
Darrow is looking to slow Lang down with leg kicks.
A punch lands to the side of Darrow 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Lang ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Darrow looks to score with a jab to the body but Lang is just out of range.
Darrow takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Lang throws the left hand but Darrow avoids the punch easily.
Darrow uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lang.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lang enables Darrow to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lang manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Darrow has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Nice uppercut lands for Lang. That snapped Darrow's head back.

The referee is keeping an eye on Lang - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Lang is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Darrow off and has taken his back!

I really don't envy Darrow right now.

It looked like Lang was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Darrow.

Lang throws a punch but it's blocked by Darrow.
Lang dips a shoulder and cracks Darrow with a mighty uppercut! Darrow falls back against the cage and Lang unloads with a barrage of strikes! Darrow is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Lang screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
