Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leif Eirikson (ranked 275 p4p, 8 weight class) and Garik Harlamov (ranked 2846 p4p, 96 weight class). Eirikson comes to the cage accompanied by If I had a heart. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

47 - 33 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Garik Harlamov!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Eddie Farnsworth and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harlamov shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Eirikson defends it nicely.
It looked like Eirikson was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Harlamov.
Harlamov has a takedown stuffed.
Harlamov looks for a takedown but Eirikson sprawls well.
Leif Eirikson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Garik Harlamov.
Harlamov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Eirikson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Garik Harlamov has been cut.
Harlamov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Harlamov trying to control but Eirikson is working from the bottom.
Eirikson uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Harlamov fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Horrible takedown attempt by Harlamov or perhaps it was just good defense by Eirikson, which made it look bad.
Eirikson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Harlamov trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Eirikson avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Eirikson is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Harlamov presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Eirikson breaks from the clinch.

Harlamov gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Eirikson counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Harlamov has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Leif Eirikson!
