Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dougie Logan (ranked 3515 p4p, 331 weight class) and Atte Savitaipale (ranked 816 p4p, 84 weight class). Savitaipale has chosen Roger Whittaker - Finnish Whistler as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Atte Savitaipale was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savitaipale on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Logan. Logan obviously looking to wear him down.
Savitaipale is looking to clinch but Logan is avoiding it.

Logan fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Savitaipale has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Logan takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Logan punishes Savitaipale's body with a nice straight punch.
Logan clobbers Savitaipale with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Logan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Savitaipale manages to avoid it.

Savitaipale's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Logan keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Logan connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Logan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Savitaipale stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Savitaipale is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Logan is in big trouble! Savitaipale is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Logan. Poor guy.
