Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Aldo O Donno (ranked 3550 p4p, 403 weight class) and John Walker (ranked 4456 p4p, 494 weight class). O Donno comes to the ring accompanied by Make Some Noise - Beastie Boys. Walker is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Another One Bites the Dust. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Donno throws a jab but it's blocked by Walker.
O Donno misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
O Donno fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Walker manages to avoid it.

It seemed like Walker was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Walker has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting O Donno here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Walker lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and O Donno has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from O Donno and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Walker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but O Donno moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Walker's hands are dropping dangerously low here and O Donno connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Walker scrambles back to his feet.

O Donno connects with a beautiful left hand that drops Walker onto his butt! Walker bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action.

O Donno cracks Walker with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Walker is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Walker is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!
O Donno connects with a quick right hand that sends Walker tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
