Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rocco Dangerfield (ranked 286 p4p, 45 weight class) and Demetrius Persley (ranked 1238 p4p, 191 weight class). Dangerfield comes to the cage accompanied by Immortal - All Shall Fall. Persley has chosen Asking Alexandria - The Black as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Demetrius Persley !

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dangerfield gets in close and instigates a clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Dangerfield creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Persley felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
