Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Alexandre Firmino and Emerson Jorge.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DaSilva throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Schmidt shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has DaSilva pinned against the cage. DaSilva gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

DaSilva closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Schmidt's guard.

DaSilva rushes Schmidt and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

DaSilva tries to bum rush Schmidt with a series of wild strikes but Schmidt uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
As DaSilva looks to move away, Schmidt throws a big counter combo but DaSilva just gets out of the way.

Oooooh!!! DaSilva has knocked Schmidt down with a huge combo! DaSilva steps away and waves a wobbly Schmidt back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Schmidt rolls with it to try and escape but DaSilva cranks on the arm and Schmidt is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
